Product Marketer

About the Role

We're a seed-stage enterprise AI platform startup based in Berlin, building software that helps organisations securely adopt and integrate generative AI across their entire operations. Our platform is model-agnostic, security-first, and deployed by companies ranging from mid-market to large enterprise — primarily in Europe.

We're looking for a Product Marketer who sits at the intersection of product and market: someone who turns frequent product releases into sharp positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials. This is a central role that shapes how customers and prospects understand our capabilities as both the product and the category evolve.

This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do

• Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.

• Turn product releases into compelling narratives that explain clearly why new features matter to buyers.

• Develop and maintain positioning that differentiates the product for different buyer personas and markets (e.g. enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads).

• Create clear product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.

• Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface and translate user value into marketing and sales assets.

• Enable sales and customer success with messaging frameworks, collateral, and ready answers to difficult product questions.

• Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product evolve.

• Participate in product reviews to understand what is being built and why.

• Appear on camera and participate in public-facing demos or presentations as needed.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of product marketing experience, specifically delivering go-to-market for software features or products.

• Proven track record owning end-to-end GTM — from planning through execution across channels — with measurable impact.

• Ability to explain technical products simply and accessibly to non-technical audiences.

• Excellent, clear writing skills — clarity over cleverness, every time.

• Habit of working with customers to surface value and translate it into marketing and sales assets.

• Bias to own problems end-to-end without waiting for a brief.

• Collaborative, kind approach to cross-functional teammates and customer-facing stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and synthesis as part of your workflow.

• Experience targeting or selling into German enterprise IT markets (including the Mittelstand).

• Background in B2B enterprise marketing, sales enablement, or category creation.

• Comfort participating in product reviews and engaging with engineering or design teams.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany. We're a small, collaborative team and value in-person work. Visa sponsorship is not available — candidates must already have the right to work in Germany.
