Take your customer analysis out of the dashboard and onto the warehouse floor.

As an experienced Senior Customer Analyst you already know how to find the story in customer data: segments, drivers of churn, usage patterns, voice-of-customer signals. Here, you'll pair that with what you see first-hand in live warehouses, then use both to decide which product bets Dexory makes.

What you'll do

• Get to the "why" behind the numbers. Run contextual inquiry, operator and manager interviews, surveys, card sorts, and prototype and usability tests across every stage of deployment and every persona.
• Check site behaviour against behaviour at scale. Combine what you observe on site with Pendo and DexoryView usage data, so no insight rests on one warehouse or one dashboard.
• Validate or kill ideas quickly. Pressure-test concepts with A/B tests, prototype tests and interviews, and tell the team whether a bet solves a real problem.
• Close the loop after go-live. Log structured operator and site-manager feedback, pass it to the PM, and keep it in the research repository.
• Size the opportunity. Support market sizing and competitive mapping for specific themes.
• Turn findings into decisions. Write clear, presentation-ready syntheses and share them through Notion and Slack, internally and externally.
• Run the insight machinery. Maintain SurveyMonkey dashboards, co-maintain the research insights pipeline, and feed capacity and progress data into the shared operating dashboard.
• Shape how we work with AI. Co-design the AI enablement playbook for research, covering workflows, prompts, guardrails, and what stays human-only versus human-in-the-loop.
• Give the user a voice. Co-develop UX content with the Lead and Commercial team.

What you'll bring

• 2-4 years in research, qual/quant insight, or product/bet design
• Solid grounding in qualitative and quantitative methods, and the judgement to know which one a question needs
• Comfort with ambiguity, from open question through to early product bet
• Fluency with tools like Notion, SurveyMonkey, Slack, Pendo and Basecamp
• Strong written and verbal synthesis
• Field experience in warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare operations or similar, and comfort on a warehouse floor
• UX content skills, including capturing the voice of the user
