Senior Partner

About the Role

Join an AI-enabled legal services firm as a senior, market-facing partner. You will help shape the firm's growth, continue serving your clients, and move suitable recurring legal work onto an AI agent platform.

What You'll Do

• Help guide the firm's growth as it works toward its next funding stage.

• Bring your established client relationships to the firm's platform and continue providing legal services to those clients.

• Build market credibility and develop new opportunities through your private equity, venture capital, and mid-market network.

• Identify opportunities to offer commercial and compliance services to clients.

• Work with the founding team to automate recurring matters using AI agents.

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of legal experience and qualification as a German Volljurist.

• An established, portable book of business and a strong network among private equity firms, mid-market companies, or similar clients.

• Experience with recurring, automatable work such as commercial contracts, IT and data, corporate and venture capital, or regulatory matters.

• Fluent German for client work and professional English.

• Interest in AI-enabled legal services and experience or familiarity with AI agents and legal AI tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary of €200,000 to €300,000, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid work arrangement based in Berlin, Germany.
