Was macht ein Senior Post Producer (m/w/d) bei WPP Production?

Als Senior Post Producer (m/w/d) steuerst Du eigenverantwortlich den gesamten Post-Produktionsprozess von Werbefilmen – von der Budgetierung und Ressourcenplanung für Schnitt, VFX, Grading und Audio-Finishing bis hin zur Einhaltung strenger Zeitpläne. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Agentur und Produktion führst Du souverän durch alle Abnahmeschleifen und stellt die fristgerechte sowie technisch einwandfreie Auslieferung der finalen Master sicher.

 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Führung und Nachkalkulation komplexer Budgets; Erfahrung in der Nachverhandlung von Change Requests und Scope-Erweiterungen
  • Steuerung paralleler Projekte, Booking und Führung von Schnittplätzen, Grading-Suites, Tonstudios sowie In-House- & Freelance-Artisten unter hohem Zeitdruck
  • Souveräne Führung von Abnahme-Sessions (Offline/Online-Abnahmen, Sound-Laydowns) mit Regie, Kreativdirektion, Agenturen und Endkunden

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung in der Post-Produktion von Werbefilmen (in einer Post-Production-Agency, Werbefilmproduktion oder Werbeagentur)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medienproduktion/Film, kaufmännische Ausbildung im Medienbereich oder vergleichbare fundierte Branchenerfahrung
  • Exzellentes Verständnis der gesamten Post-Kette: Schnitt (Offline/Online), VFX/CGI, Color Grading, Motion Design, Mastering und Audio/Sounddesign
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Post-Management-Tools (z. B. Frame.io) sowie solides Verständnis von NLEs und Suite-Standards (Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Master-Deliverables, Social-Media-Formatierungen (9:16, 4:5, 1:1), TV-Spezifikationen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Gelassenheit in engen Timelines, schnelle Lösungsfindung bei unvorhergesehenen Revisionsschleifen oder technischen Engpässen
  • Feingefühl im Erwartungsmanagement zwischen kreativen Ansprüchen der Regie/Agentur und kommerziellen/zeitlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (inkl. branchenspezifischer Fachbegriffe)
