💡 Your Mission: Own inbound support and drive great resolutions

As a Working Student in Customer Support, you own inbound cases end-to-end across voice, chat, and email, working closely with Technical Support to solve issues fast. Your shifts cover evenings and weekends, when nurses need us most.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two shifts are alike

• Manage inbound voice, chat, and email support during your shift

• Own cases end-to-end - triage, follow-up, and clear handover

• Partner with Technical Support on complex issues and escalations

• Cover evening and weekend shifts in a rotating schedule, planned weeks ahead

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's) - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract

• First customer-facing experience (jobs, hospitality, retail, or similar) and clear, empathetic communication

• Structured problem-solver, comfortable with everyday tech (apps, logins, permissions)

• Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts; fluent German (C2) and solid English

Nice to have: support tooling experience (Intercom, Zendesk, or similar), or a healthcare/regulated background.
